The handy graphics for each movement solve the issue of knowing what you’re meant to be doing, and if you spend the extra for the premium subscription, you can even see what muscle groups you’ve worked during the week and if you’re overloading them.
It even lets you see how much you’ve lifted in total for the week, which is pretty nifty.
